FULFILLMENT

  • All orders may take up to 3-5 days for the order to be processed and fulfilled.

  • Pre orders may take 5-10 days to be processed and fulfilled.

STORE POLICY

  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready to be shipped or has been shipped.

  • All orders with incorrect addresses will NOT be refunded. Customers will be charged a fee if the item is shipped and sent back due to incorrect address.

  • Made to order/pre order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

  • We accept orders worldwide.

  • All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5-7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

  • Exchanges must be processed within 14 days of shipment date

  • Please include a note with your full name and order number.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

EXCHANGES

Due to COVID-19 we will NOT be accepting ANY exchanges and returns on apparel. Please contact us with any questions you have before purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect and the item is in stock. 

We cannot accept requests for changing the color or size. Replacement is only acceptable for the same color and size.

If an item cannot be replaced, the purchase price will be refunded.
